The Difference You Make
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quants Analytics Manager to join our Corporate & Commercial Modelling Team within Treasury Risk & Analytics in London, working 35 hours per week. This is an opportunity to lead high profile model development initiatives spanning IRB, IFRS9, Stress Testing and Climate Risk, while working with senior stakeholders, regulators and industry leading quantitative professionals to shape the Bank’s risk management strategy. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
The models we develop are of significant interest to regulators, while provision models are also subject to review by external auditors. In this role, you will work closely with model owners, users, validators, auditors and regulators throughout the model lifecycle, leading model discussions, explaining methodologies and addressing findings and recommendations.
As a Senior Quants Analytics Manager, you will lead the development of corporate credit risk models that support key business decisions, regulatory compliance and strategic risk management across the Bank. Your main responsibilities will include:

Salary Range
£99,004.00 – £148,506.00 per annum (depending on experience) This salary range represents the expected remuneration for the role. Annual salary is based on a standard 35-hour working week. Actual salary offered will depend on skills, experience, qualifications and location.
