Bauer Media Group is seeking a Head of Platform Development to lead the core backend platforms powering our consumer products across audio streaming, web, mobile and connected devices. You will inherit a team of 20 engineers and leaders, shaping direction, operating model and long-term capability of the function.

You will drive a high-performance culture, partner with Product and Technology leaders, and own recruitment and capability development to support Bauer’s scalable, secure platforms.
