The role includes the processing of sales orders and purchase orders to fulfil customer requirements and stock levels. It involves speaking to customers and suppliers to ensure both are up to date with progress of orders and delivery dates. Resolving customer issues and queries will also be part of the role as well as first class after sales service.
Achieving 100% customer satisfaction is the principal purpose of this role.
