Chartered Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : London
Salary: £40k – £50k dependant on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Qualifications: Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in a role involving Quantity Surveying, Employers Agent and Contract Administration procedures
Job Purpose: To provide professional expertise on all building related matters when working on client’s projects. Taking ownership of projects and delivering from inception to completion.
Planning & Organising – good planning; able to handle multiple activities at one time.. Ability to attend to a broader range of activities effectively.
Customer Focus – dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.
