Your new company This leading Facilities Management provider is looking for an experienced Contract Support role to join their team at a high profile media client site in London Victoria. Your new role As the new contract support you will be a vital member of the FM team, working closely with the contract manager to ensure the smooth running of the client site. Responsibilities will include assisting with the helpdesk, managing contractors and engineers on site, finance support including PO’s and invoices, producing and updating reports and compliance and insurance document control. This is a varied role with lots of exposure into the running of a site with excellent areas to expand and build your knowledge.
What you’ll need to succeed The successful candidate will need to have experience in a similar role as a contract support, facilities administrator or helpdesk background. It is vital that you have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels and build strong relationships internally and with the client.
