As an integral part of the Multiplex Digital Construction Team, you will be responsible for coordination of the Digital Model environment ready for use by the Digital Manager and the rest of the project team. You will work directly with design consultants and subcontractors to obtain the model data we require to fulfil the Multiplex Digital Standard – maintaining integrity of model accuracy and data compliance at all times
Coordinate delivery of the Digital Model Environment in accordance with the Multiplex Digital Construction Standard
4D Synchro Construction Management Software usage
Implement the guidance described with the PAS1192 suite of specifications
Support the project Digital Manager with all information required from the Digital Models
Maintain the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP)
Perform Model Assurance Checks for all information provided by consultants and Subcontractors
Perform clash detection reports for upload to BIMCollab
Coordinate the Construction Simulation environment including the linking of multiple programmes and models.
Support Construction Team by producing 4D visualisations relating to specific construction tasks
Issue, retrieve and subsequently appraise Supply Chain Capability Assessments responses.
Federate the Consultant and Subcontractor models throughout the project delivery.
Produce appropriate visualisations for team members in support of their work
Support safety initiatives on the project by utilising the model for site inductions, daily briefings and toolbox talks.
You will have 2-3 years of experience in the construction industry, ideally with 1 year hands-on experience of BIM technologies and coordination as well as the following experience.
Minimum HND or Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, BIM related Msc or equivalent work experience
Addtional accreditation/certification with industries bodies such as BRE or RCIS advanteous
