Becoming a Facilities Estates Manager – Soft Services with Capita:
The facilities estates will manage, facilitate and coordinate all E&F activities for a range of properties within the Trust estate in London and West Hertfordshire. Liaising with stakeholders on E&F issues and to be responsible for overall operation of buildings, compliance, records and on site day to day processes and procedures, including line managing E&F Co-ordinators.
