Working as part of the Professional Services Team, you will oversee the facilities management services for an assigned portfolio of schools. This will include complete responsibility for client advice, budget reconciliation, reactive maintenance, compliance and general property management. You will project manage small works and oversee the contractor management.
Location: Based out of Preston, PR5 with regular travel to sites

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday – 8:45am to 5:00pm
If you have proven experience in a Facilities Management or Property Management role, we would love to hear from you. You will hold an IOSH Management Safety certificate or equivalent, and have previous experience managing budgets. You must hold a full UK driving licence.
