Our market-leading client is seeking an experienced Installations Administrator to join their busy operations department.
Role Objective To support the field based engineers with their daily workloads ensuring they are able to attend clients premises prepared and well informed, thus ensuring the client is running smoothly according to our Service Level Agreements. The goal of this role is to organise Engineers to attend clients premises to conduct new installations.
Managing field based engineers workloads
Responsible for a region within the UK
Allocating engineers with their daily/weekly jobs
Coordinating new equipment installations, but also supporting general maintenance/health checks
Building excellent relationships with your Engineers and business customers
Working closely with other internal teams
Planning diairies and routes for Engineers
Problem resolution, sourcing fast and effective conclusions
Maintaining accurate and detailed records
Liaising with customers, colleagues, contractors and Engineers via telephone and email
All business customers have Service Level Agreements in place, these must be met to achieve the highest quality customer standards and commitments
You must be IT literate: MS Office, word, excel, emails and bespoke databases
