A permanent full time Office Manager/Service Coordinator is required for a specialist Building Management Systems (BMS) company based in Beeston, Nottingham. The candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role.
You will be required to carry out general office and accounting tasks such as logging orders intakes, raising monthly invoices, debt collection, etc. The candidate will also be responsible for managing/coordinating maintenance and reactive workstreams, scheduling engineers’ diaries for sites visits for planned maintenance, reactive works and breakdown call outs.
The candidate must have excellent customer service experience coupled with good skills of spoken and written communications to Clients.
The candidate will preferably live within an easy commutable distance from our office location in Beeston, Nottingham.
Brief Description of the Role
Plan service scheduled maintenance works
Plan Reactive works by prioritising customer needs
Schedule breakdown attendances
Respond to customer enquiries
Provide support to Project Managers and Project Engineers for allocation of engineers for service/commissioning works.
Attend to incoming office telephone calls.
Build good relationship with office team and all managers and engineers who are not office based.
Provide Office support.
Basic accounting tasks on SAGE accounting package.
Experience in service coordinator / service support/general administration
Excellent customer support with good communications skills
Good time keeping, Reliable and Professional
Excellent command of Excel and Word packages
Full driving licence
