Juice Personnel are working exclusively with our city centre based Facilities Management client, to recruit a PPM Planner on a temp to perm basis.
Coordinate quoted works and action as necessary with relevant departments
Order materials and plan the engineers’ diaries
Liaising with Accounts to ensure accommodation, access hire etc is booked for work
Mobilisation of contracts
Setting up PPM planners and site folders
Placing orders with sub-contractors
To assist with the helpdesk and provide cover as and when required
Attend meetings and provide management reporting information
General administrative duties as and when required
Key Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years experience within a PPM role
Strong oral and written communication skills
Highly organised with excellent numeracy skills
Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
Sound geographical knowledge of the UK
Be experienced in multi-tasking, prioritising, be punctual with good organisational and presentation skills
This is an extremely busy role and to succeed, you will need to be flexible in order to work within the needs of the business.
It would also be ideal if the applicant had some interest in property with high levels of initiative, ability to work unsupervised and with a strong attention to detail.
Wakefield city centre
Working Hours – Flexible between 0700 – 1715 (Shifts are 0700 – 1545 & 0830 – 1715)
£21,000 – £23,000 dependant on experience
