Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: 28,000 – 32,000
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Hours: 8am to 5pm- Monday to Friday, some flexibility to suit personal circumstances.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Consultant to join our expanding Engineering and Technical team.

The Role

As a Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team by sourcing, screening, and engaging high-quality candidates across the engineering sector. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in recruitment within a fast-paced, rewarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of engineering talent
• Managing candidate databases and ensuring accurate records
• Supporting consultants with job postings and candidate shortlisting
• Building strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process

What We’re Looking For

• Previous resourcing/recruitment experience preferred
• Open to different sector background as training will be provided
• Interest in or knowledge of the engineering sector is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• A proactive, target-driven attitude
