Due to continued growth and an increasing workload, we are looking to recruit experienced Site Managers to join our delivery team. We have opportunities across Sussex and Hampshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for Site Managers with a strong background in the water industry to oversee the safe and successful delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental (HSQE) standards.
Carry out regular site inspections, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Coordinate labour, plant and materials to maintain project programmes.
Monitor project progress and provide updates to the Project Manager.
Ensure all work is completed to specification and required quality standards.
Manage site documentation, including RAMS, permits and daily records.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
Identify and resolve site issues, minimising delays and maintaining programme.
Support the commercial performance of projects through effective resource management.

Previous Site Management experience within the water industry

CSCS Manager Card
First Aid at Work
Strong understanding of CDM Regulations
Experience managing subcontractors and direct labour
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Full UK Driving Licence

NRSWA Supervisor
IOSH Managing Safely
HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
